Join us at Heritage Baptist Church for our annual Community Thanksgiving Service. This service is a combined effort of six interdenominational Waleska area churches. We invite you to come and be a part of this special service. There will be refreshments after the service.
The Children in Action will be hosting a Summer Bible Camp for children who have completed Kindergarten through grade five. Activities include Bible lessons, learning verses, prayer journals, music, crafts, outside sports and games, water games, bouncers, inside games and food. The theme is "God's Team." Out verse is Philippians 3:14, "I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus."

On Father's Day, 17 June 2018, at the 10am service, we invite all the Dads and Lads to fill the choir loft for a special time of worship. Whether you have been gifted with musical talent or not, come make a joyful noise to the Lord to celebrate the important part that all Dads and Lads play in the body of Christ. There is no music to learn or rehearsals to attend. Just fill the loft on Father's Day morning!
The Children in Action (3yrs-6th grade) will be participating in their annual field day. The children will have the opportunity to participate in various relays as well as an obstacle course. They will finish with some fun foods in the fellowship hall. We will have water games so make sure your children come dressed accordingly.
Join the Children in Action for the Annual Sailboat Regatta. Children will be making sailboats and there will be extra boats available for children without one. The race will be over in time for everyone to attend their services and ministries at 7:00pm.
The Student Ministry of Waleska FBC is holding a fundraising Golf Tournament on Saturday, 2 June, 2018.

The Cowboy Church in Jerusalem is having their annual Ole' Camp Meeting and Waleska FBC will be taking over on Friday, 01 June. We will meet at the Cowboy church and have dinner at 6pm and service at 7pm. Members from our church will be leading the worship and Pastor Aaron will be preaching.

Join us as we go INTO THE WORD together April 22-25. This year we will be diving deeper into the Old Testament with Alan Morris. Alan is the Director of Missions at the North Central Georgia Area Missions Office and is Professor of Old Testament at Shorter University in Rome, GA. Parents and Thrive Youth Students - our disciple now retreat will be held at Snowbird Youth Camp in Andrews, N.C. April 6th-8th.
There will be an Q&A meeting on March 25th after the 10am service in the library. If you are unable to attend or have any questions, please call pastor Lamar Green at 770-363-5272.
Join us Easter Sunday Morning for our Sunrise(ish) service. Weather permitting we will meet outside in the church parking lot to celebrate Christ's resurrection together.
Following our Sunrise Service we will have breakfast in the Fellowship Hall. Sign up sheets for breakfast items will be placed in the foyer in the weeks leading up to Easter Sunday.
Sunday School will be held in classrooms throughout our campus at 9am on Easter Sunday morning. Contact the church, a deacon, or a greeter to find the class that works best for you!
Our worship service begins at 10am. We will have special music from our children, youth, and adult worship choirs as well as an Easter Message from our study in Colossians.
Our monthly conference will be rescheduled for 6pm on April 8.
Please be in the sanctuary a few minutes before 9am for one final rehearsal and sound check Easter Sunday morning.
This will be a special rehearsal for Children, Youth, and Adult Choirs to rehearse for the Easter Program. Regular Wednesday Evenings Bible Studies and Activities will be at 7pm.
Parents, if you have any questions regarding the Spring Discipleship Now Retreat to Snowbird Youth Camp, please make plans to attend this very important Q&A meeting in the library immediately following the 10am worship service.

The WOM will have a special meeting on Tuesday evening at 6:00pm in the Fellowship Hall. There will be childcare provided and there will be a guest speaker. The WOM will provide drinks and desserts and ask that each lady bring a covered dish for dinner. All ladies are invited!
Attention all Sunday School teachers and Teacher back-ups! Join us for our first Sunday School Teachers' Meeting of 2018! We are looking forward to diving into our new Spring material. We are also excited to get feedback and hear ideas from our Sunday School teachers. The meeting will last from 10am-12pm and there will be coffee, water, and refreshments provided.
