Missions and Outreach

Waleska First Baptist Church is a Great Commission church. We believe that God has commanded to make disciples of all nations. We believe that we have been commanded to proclaim the Gospel and make disciples locally, regionally, and globally. Our hope is that every member of WFBC would find a way to live out the Gospel and fulfill the Great Commission through their lives. We have many opportunities available for serving in missions and outreach.

Local Missions and Outreach:

The Cowboy Church

WFBC supports and partners with the Cowboy Church in Jerusalem and the Academy at HH Ranch. This ministry reaches an overwhelmingly unreached area of Cherokee County. Our Pastor serves as Chaplain of this ministry and our church supports them in various ways throughout the year.

Benevolence:

WFBC offers a variety of help and assistance to our local community. These benevolence ministries include assitance with utility bills, help with food and clothing, help with meeting the needs of chidlren, orphans, and widows, as well as many other services.
